1. Fluorinated gases: mandatory form

You have until March 31, 2025 to report equipment with fluorinated gases that contain quantities equal to or greater than 5

tons of CO2 equivalent.

*Article 5(1) of Decree-Law 145/2017.

The Fluorinated Gases framework and the respective data reporting only applies to establishments that have equipment that must be checked for leaks, i.e. that contain quantities equal to or greater than 5 tons of CO2 equivalent (tCO2eq).

This value of 5 tCO2eq is per piece of equipment (for hermetically sealed equipment, the value for reporting is increased to 10 tCO2eq).

2. MIRR – Integrated Waste Registration Map

The period for submitting the Integrated Waste Registration Map for 2024 also runs until March 31, 2025.
The MIRR corresponds to the data register provided for in Article 98 of the RGGR, consisting of the information provided for in Article 99 of the RGGR.
